KOCHI: 'Kiss of Love' core organisers Rahul Pashupalan and his model wife Resmi R Nair along with 14 others were held for allegedly helping a paedophile group.
In a raid conducted by police on Tuesday night, an infamous gangster Akbar, a Kasargod native, was also arrested. The Rahul and Resmi were held from Nedumbassery near Cochin airport. The crackdown on online fresh trade was done under the code name 'Operation Big Daddy'.
While taking Resmi -- a Playboy model -- into custody, there was an attack against the police personnel. The attackers also tried to ram a vehicle into the police team responsible for the raids.
